ORDER

In compliance of Memo No. 228/II-2-30/2001, II-15- 2/2005(Pt.IV), I-8-6/2001(Pt.V), II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV), II-2-2/2007/Confdl/2026, dated 18-03-2026, and on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, recommends General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for appointment on deputation of Shri Sanjay Agrawal, Member of Higher Judicial Service and Presently posted as Joint Secretary, Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission, Raipur, as Law Officer, Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission, Raipur from the date he assumes charge of his office.
