ORDER
F. No.434/1058/XXI-B/C.G./2026. In compliance of Memo No. 228/II-2-30/2001,II-15- 2/2005(Pt.IV), I-8-6/2001(Pt.V), II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV), II-2-2 / 2007 /Confdl/2026, dated 18-03-2026, and on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Smt. Kiran Chaturvedi, Member of Higher Judicial Service and Presently posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kondagaon, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and appoints her on deputation as Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Ambikapur from the date she assumes charge of her office.
