File No : GENCOR-35/2788/2026-HOME SECTION. राज्य में कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया(माओवादी) और उसके छः अग्र(फ्रंट) संगठनों-दण्डकारण्य आदिवासी किसान मजदूर संघ, क्रांतिकारी आदिवासी महिला संघ, क्रांतिकारी आदिवासी बालक संघ, क्रांतिकारी किसान कमेटी, महिला मुक्ति मंच, आर.पी.सी. अथवा जनताना सरकार के सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य में लगातार सक्रिय रहकर राज्य के अंदरूनी क्षेत्रों के साथ-साथ शहरी क्षेत्रों में भी अपने संगठन के विस्तार का प्रयास किये जाने से सार्वजनिक व्यवस्था, शांति तथा लोक परिशांति का खतरा और भय उत्पन्न हो गया है, जो न केवल विधि द्वारा स्थापित राज्य और उसके स्थापित संस्थाओं तथा उसके कार्यो में बाधक बन गया है। अतः इन संगठनाें को प्रतिबंधित किया जाना आवश्यक है।
यतः राज्य सरकार छत्तीसगढ़ विशेष जन सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रमांक 14 सन् 2006) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-4-101/गृह-सी/07, दिनांक 11 अप्रैल, 2025 में वृद्धि करते हुए कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ इंडिया(माओवादी) और उसके छः अग्र(फ्रंट) संगठनों-दण्डकारण्य आदिवासी किसान मजदूर संघ, क्रांतिकारी आदिवासी महिला संघ, क्रांतिकारी आदिवासी बालक संघ, क्र्र्रांतिकारी किसान कमेटी, महिला मुक्ति मंच, आर.पी.सी. अथवा जनताना सरकार को पुनः एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए विधि विरूद्ध संगठन के रूप में घोषित करती है।
यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 12 अपै्रल, 2026 से एक वर्ष के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगी। Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 10th April 2026
NOTIFICATION
File No : GENCOR-35/2788/2026-HOME SECTION. The persistent activities within the State by members of the Communist Party of India (Maoist)—along with its six frontal organizations: the Dandakaranya Adivasi Kisan Mazdoor Sangh, Krantikari Adivasi Mahila Sangh, Krantikari Adivasi Balak Sangh, Krantikari Kisan Committee, Mahila Mukti Manch, and the R.P.C. or Jantana Sarkar and their efforts to expand their organizational presence not only in the interior regions but also in urban areas, have engendered a threat to, and fear regarding, public order, peace, and public tranquility. This situation has become an impediment to the State as established by law, its constituted institutions, and its functioning. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to ban these organizations.
Whereas the State Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 3 of Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Act, 2005(No. 14 of 2006), extends the notification of this Department F.No. 4-101/Home-c/2007 dated 11 April 2025 and declares Communist Party of India (Maoist) and its six front Dandkarayan Adhivasi Kishan Majdoor Sangh, Krantikari Adhivasi Mahila Sangh, Krantikari Adhivasi Balak Sangh, Krantikari Kishan Committee, Mahila Mukti manch, R.P.C. or Jantana Sarkar Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year.
This Notification will remain in force for one year with effect from 12 April 2026.
