क्रमांक एफ RULE-5/18/2026-TRANSPORT. - केन्द्रीय मोटरयान कराधान नियम, 1989 के नियम 115 के उप नियम (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, अधिसूचना क्रमांक 526/परिवहन विभाग/2001 दिनांक 10 सितंबर 2001 द्वारा जारी तथा समय-समय पर संशोधित छत्तीसगढ मोटरयान प्रदूषण जांच केन्द्र योजना, 2001 की निम्नांकित सूची के सरल क्रमांक (3) की उप कंडिका (ख) में निम्नानुसार संशोधन किया जाता है, अर्थात्ः-

| (ख) प्रदूषण जांच केन्द्र संचालन हेतु आवेदक या उसके कर्मचारी के पास आई.टी.आई का मेकेनिक (डीजल), मेकेनिकल (मोटरयान) का प्रमाण-पत्र या समतुल्य प्रमाण-पत्र होना चाहिए। | (ख) 3-(ख) के शब्द एवं वाक्य को विलोपित किया जाता है। |
यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र प्रकाशन तिथि से प्रभावशील होगी।

NOTIFICATION
No F RULE-5/18/2026-TRANSPORT. — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (7) of Rule 115 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment to the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Pollution Testing Centre Scheme, 2001 which was issued vide Notification No. 526/Transport Department/2001 dated 10 September 2001 and other notifications amended from time to time. Accordingly, the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in sub-clause (b) under serial number (3) of the said Scheme, namely:-

This notification shall come into force from the date of publication in the Gazette.
