क्र. ESTB-101(1)/7/2024-GAD-4. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा (वर्गीकरण, भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2023 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात:-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 24 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाए, अर्थात्:-
"24-अ. राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारियों को उच्चतर वेतनमान प्रदान करना.- राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारियों को निर्धारित अर्हताकारी सेवा पूर्ण करने पर, संबंधित पद की उपलब्धता की अनिवार्यता के बिना ऐसी पूर्णता की तारीख से अनुसूची-चार में विनिर्दिष्ट समिति की अनुशंसा के अनुसार प्रत्येक स्तर पर आगामी उच्चतर वेतनमान प्रदान किया जाएगा।
इन नियमों के अधीन उच्चतर वेतनमान प्राप्त अधिकारियों को, संबंधित पद की उपलब्धता पर, विभागीय आदेश द्वारा Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 27th April 2026
NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB-101(1)/7/2024-GAD-4. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh State Administrative Services (Classification, Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2023 namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After rule 24, the following shall be added, namely:-
"24A—Grant of Higher Pay Scale to Officers of the State Administrative Service.- Officers of the State Administrative Service shall, upon completion of the prescribed qualifying service, be granted the next higher pay scale at each level from the date of such completion, without the requirement of availability of a corresponding post, in accordance with the recommendation of the Committee specified in Schedule-IV.
Officers who have been granted higher level pay scales under this rule shall, upon availability of a corresponding post, be assigned appropriate designation by order of the department and no further recommendation of the said Committee shall be necessary for such assignment of designation."
