File No.:GENCOR-35/1843/2026-HOME SECTION. यतः राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि लोकहित में यह आवश्यक तथा समीचीन है कि राज्य में तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण सीजन 2026 के शाख-कर्तन प्रारंभ से पूर्ण संग्रहण एवं गोदामीकरण तक की सम्पूर्ण अवधि तक तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण एवं विपणन कार्य में संलग्न समस्त कर्मचारियों एवं प्रबंधकों को निम्नांकित अत्यावश्यक सेवा में कार्य करने से इंकार किये जाने पर प्रतिषेध किया जाये;
अतएव, छत्तीसगढ़ अत्यावश्यक सेवा संधारण तथा विच्छिन्नता निवारण अधिनियम, 1979 (क्र. 10 सन् 1979) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग करते हुए, निम्नानुसार आदेशित किया जाता है कि-
1. ''तेंदूपत्ता संग्रहण सीजन 2026'' में संलग्न समस्त कर्मचारियों एवं प्रबंधकों को अत्यावश्यक सेवाओं में संलग्न माना जायेगा।
2. उक्त कर्मचारियों एवं प्रबंधकों द्वारा सौंपे गये कार्य के निष्पादन से इंकार करना पूर्णतः प्रतिबंधित रहेगा। Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 29th April 2026 ORDER

Whereas, the State Government is satisfied that it has become necessary and expedient to prohibit all employees and managers involved in Tendu Patta Collection and marketing work during the entire period from the beginning of branch-cutting till complete collection and warehousing in the "Tendu Patta Collection Season 2026" from refusing to work in essential services mentioned below;
Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Atyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchhinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979 (No. 10 of 1979), it is hereby, ordered as follows.
1. All employees and managerial personnel engaged in Tendu Patta Collection Season 2026, shall be treated as engaged in essential services;
2. Refusal to perform assigned duties by such personnel shall be strictly prohibited.
This order shall come into force with immediate effect from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain valid for a period of three (3) months.
