क्र. ESTB/16563/2025-TRANSPORT. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ परिवहन चतुर्थ श्रेणी सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमाें की अनुसूची में,-

1. अनुसूची के सरल क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम (8) मे, शब्द तथा अंक ''कक्षा 5वीं उत्तीर्ण'' के स्थान पर, शब्द तथा अंक ''किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था से 8वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

NOTIFICATION

F.No. ESTB/16563/2025-TRANSPORT. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Transport Class-IV Service Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-

In Schedule of the said Rules,-

In Column (8) of serial number 2 of Schedule, for the words and figure "Class 5th passed", the words and figure "Should have passed 8th Class examination from any recognized Board/Institution" shall be substituted.
