अधिसूचना
RULE/338/2026-REGISTRATION. रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का सं. 16) की धारा 78 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छू ट तथा निर्बधन में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
शीर्षक "पंजीयन शुल्क की सारणी" के उप-शीर्षक "छू ट तथा निर्बन्धन" के सरल क्रमांक (66) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-
"(67) राज्य सरकार एतद्दवारा अनन्यतः महिलाओं के पक्ष में निष्पादित संपत्ति अंतरण संबंधी दस्तावेजों पर प्रभार्य पंजीयन शुल्क में निम्नानुसार कमी करती है :-
1. रजिस्ट्रीकरण शुल्क की सारणी के अनुच्छेद-एक के खण्ड (क) से संबंधित विलेखों में यथा प्रभार्य शुल्क में 50% की कमी की जाती है;
2. रजिस्ट्रीकरण शुल्क की सारणी के अनुच्छेद-एक की टिप्पणी 2 के खण्ड (क) से संबंधित विलेखों में यथा प्रभार्य शुल्क में 50% की कमी की जाती है;
3. रजिस्ट्रीकरण शुल्क की सारणी के अनुच्छेद-एक की टिप्पणी 5 से संबंधित विलेखों में यथा प्रभार्य शुल्क में 50% की कमी की जाती है।
यह अधिसूचना छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी। नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, दिनांक 6 मई 2026 RULE/338/2026-REGISTRATION. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक RULE/338/2026-REGISTRATION दिनांक 06-05-2026 का अग्रेंजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतदद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
RULE/338/2026-REGISTRATION. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. XVI of 1908), the State Government, hereby, makes, the following further amendment in the Exemptions and Reductions in Registration Fee namely :-

In the said notification, -
In sub-head "Exemptions and Reductions" of Heading "Table of registration fees after serial number (66), the following shall be added, namely: -
"(67) The State Government, hereby, provides the following concessions on the applicable registration fee for documents related to transfer of property executed exclusively in Favor of women: -
1. A reduction of 50% on the applicable fee is granted for documents mentioned in clause (a) of Article-I of Schedule of Registration Fees.
2. A reduction of 50% on the applicable fee is granted for documents mentioned in clause (a) of note 2 of Article-I of Schedule of Registration Fees;
3. A reduction of 50% on the applicable fee is granted for documents mentioned in note 5 of Article-I of Schedule of Registration Fees.
This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
