F.No. RULE/247/2025-GAD-7-Part(1). भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ एन्टी करप्शन ब्यूरो सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2014 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में :-
1. अनुसूची- एक के सरल क्रमांक 02 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक '01' के स्थान पर, अंक '02' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
2. अनुसूची- एक के सरल क्रमांक 16 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक '04' के स्थान पर, अंक '05' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
3. अनुसूची- एक के सरल क्रमांक 19 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक '06' के स्थान पर, अंक '10' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

NOTIFICATION
F.No. RULE/247/2025-GAD-7-Part(1). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Anti-Corruption Bureau Services Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In schedule of the said rules,-
1. In Column (3) of serial number 02 of Schedule-I, for the figure "01", the figure "02" shall be substituted.
2. In Column (3) of serial number 16 of Schedule-I, for the figure "04", the figure "05" shall be substituted.
3. In Column (3) of serial number 19 of Schedule-I, for the figure "06", the figure "10" shall be substituted.
4. In Column (3) of serial number 20 of Schedule-I, for the figure "12", the figure "18" shall be substituted.
