No. 133681/289/XXI-B/C.G./26.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 233 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

उक्त नियमों में, नियम 7 के उप-नियम (एक) में,-

1 खण्ड (ख) में, शब्द ''जब नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन बुलाया गया हो उस वर्ष की 1 जनवरी'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन प्राप्त करने हेतु नियत अंतिम तिथि'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।2 खण्ड (ग) में, शब्द ''नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन बुलाए जाने के वर्ष की 1 जनवरी को अधिवक्ता के रूप में न्यूनतम 7 वर्ष से व्यवसाय न कर रहा हो,'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''आवेदनों को प्राप्त करने हेतु नियत अंतिम तिथि पर, कम से कम 07 वर्षो से निरंतर अधिवक्ता न हो; अथवा संयुक्त रूप से न्यायिक अधिकारी या अधिवक्ता के रूप में 07 वर्षों या उससे अधिक का अनुभव न रखता हो; अथवा निम्न न्यायिक सेवा में भर्ती होने के पूर्व अधिवक्ता के रूप में 07 वर्षो का निरंतर अनुभव न रखता हो; तथा संयुक्त रूप से अधिवक्ता तथा न्यायिक अधिकारी के रूप में 07 वर्ष या उससे अधिक का निरंतर अनुभव न रखता हो;'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। F. No.: 133681/289/XXI-B/C.G./26. In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 233 read with the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said rules, in sub-rule (1) of Rule 7,-

1 In clause (b), for the words "first day of January in the year in which applications for appointment are invited", the words "last date fixed for receipt of applications" shall be substituted.

2 In clause (c), for the words "has for atleast seven year been an Advocate on the first day of January of the year in which application for appointment are invited;", the words "has been an Advocate for atleast seven year continuously; or have a combined continuous experience of 07 years or more as a Judicial Officer and an advocate; or is a Judicial Officer having continuous experience of 07 years as an Advocate before recruited in the subordinate judicial service; or have a combined continuous experience of 07 years or more as an Advocate and a Judicial Officer on the last date fixed for receipt of application:" shall be substituted.
