NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 8220/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III)/ Checker Bilaspur, Dated 29-04-2026, hereby, notifies the following Courts as Exclusive Special Court under sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 for Exclusive hearing of NDPS Act cases at Raipur, Bilaspur and Saraipali District Mahasamund in addition to the already designated Special Courts with effect from 11.05.2026, namely:-

Presiding Officer of the Courts mentioned in column No. (4) are appointed as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place mentioned in column no. (4) of the said Schedule, namely:-
