GENCOR/3582/2026-WCD. बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम 2006 (2007 का सं. 6) की धारा 16 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, नगरीय प्रशासन विभाग के अंतर्गत राजस्व निरीक्षक/राजस्व उप निरीक्षक/सहायक राजस्व निरीक्षक को संबंधित परिक्षेत्र हेतु बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता है, जिनके भीतर बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिकारी, इस अधिनियम के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे एवं उन पर अधिरोपित कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे।

NOTIFICATION
F. No. GENCOR/3582/2026-WCD. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 (Act No. 6 of 2007), the State Government hereby appoints the Revenue Inspector/Revenue Sub Inspector/ Assi.Revenue Inspector under the Urban Administration Department as the "Child Marriage Prohibition Officer" for the respective area, within which the Child Marriage Prohibition Officer shall exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred upon him by this Act
