क्रमांक 972/21-अ/स्था./छ.ग./26. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ महाधिवक्ता कार्यालय सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्ते) नियम, 2025 की अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम (4) में पदोन्नति हेतु निर्धारित "3 वर्ष" की न्यूनतम अर्हकारी सेवा अवधि को कैलेण्डर वर्ष 2026 हेतु, केवल एक बार के लिए शिथिल करते हुए, "1 वर्ष" की छूट प्रदान करते है।
इस संशोधन को ऐसे पढ़ा जाएगा तथा अर्थ लगाया जाएगा जैसा कि इसमें पूर्वोक्त संशोधन हुआ ही नहीं था।

No. 972/21-अ/स्था./छ.ग./26. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, relaxes "1 years" in the minimum qualifying Service period of "3 years" prescribed for promotion in column (4) of serial number 1 of Schedule-IV of the Office of Chhattisgarh Advocate General Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2025, for calendar year, 2026 for one time only.
This amendment shall be read and construed as if the aforesaid amendment was not made therein.
