क्रमांक GENS-2101/13/2025/सात-3. छत्तीसगढ़ नगरीय क्षेत्रों के आवासहीन व्यक्ति को पट्टाधृति अधिकार अधिनियम, 2023 (क्रमांक 7 सन् 2023) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचित करती है कि अधिनियम के अंतर्गत पट्टा प्राप्त करने हेतु वही व्यक्ति पात्र होगा, जिसके कुटुम्ब की वार्षिक आय रू. 3,00,000/- (तीन लाख) से अधिक न हो।

NOTIFICATION
No. GENS-2101/13/2025/seven-3. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Awasheen Vyakti Ko Pattadhriti Adhikar Adhiniyam, 2023 (No. 7 of 2023), the State Government hereby notifies that, for the purposes of obtaining a lease under the Act, only such person shall be eligible whose family's annual income does not exceed ₹ 3,00,000/- (Three Lakh).
