क्रमांक RULE-8/82/2026-REVENUE/7-1. छत्तीसगढ़ भूमिगत पाइपलाईन (भूमि के उपयोग के अधिकारों का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 2004 (क्र. 7 सन् 2004) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (क) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अनुविभागीय अधिकारी (राजस्व) को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कर्तव्यों के निर्वहन के लिए अधिकृ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
No. RULE-8/82/2026-REVENUE/7-1. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Underground Pipelines (Acquisition of Rights of User in Land) Act, 2004 (No. 7 of 2004), the State Government, hereby, authorizes the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act.
