NOTIFICATION

In compliance of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Memo No. 5122/II-15-6/2019(FTSCs)/(Checker), dated 11-03-2026 and for the purpose of classification w.r.t State Funded Scheme, the State Government, in supersession department's notification No. 2986/2006/21-B/C.G./25, Dated 18/07/2025, No. 1105/406/21-B/C.G./20, Dated 01/02/2020, No. 6109/1878/21-B/C.G./20, Dated 21/07/2020, No. 13845/4104/21-B/C.G./23, Dated 06/12/2023 and No. 1346/877/21-B/C.G./25, Dated 24/03/2025, hereby, renotify the following exclusive FTSCs of Additional Sessions Judge for trial of cases under POCSO Act for the purpose of Section 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 as STATE FUNDED COURTS in the following place in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely:-
