NOTIFICATION
F.No.-854/1083/XXI-B/C.G./26. In compliance of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Memo No. 5122/II-15-6/2019(FTSCs)/(Checker), dated 11-03-2026 and for the purpose of classification w.r.t Central Funded Scheme, the State Government, in supersession of this department notification No. 11325/3362/21- B/C.G./19, Dated 05/11/2019, No. 1960/491/21-B/C.G./22, Dated 28/02/2022 and No. 617/138/21-B/C.G./25, Dated 06/02/2025, hereby, renotifies the following designated FTSCs of Additional Sessions Judge for trial of cases under POCSO Act and/or rape cases as CENTRALY FUNDED COURTS in the following place in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely:-
