क्रमांक RULE-505/18/2025-GAD-1. छत्तीसगढ़ (लोक भर्ती एवं व्यावसायिक परीक्षाओं में अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) अधिनियम, 2026 (क्र. 3 सन् 2026) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, 20-05-2026 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिससे उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे।

NOTIFICATION
No. RULE-505/18/2025-GAD-1. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (3) of Section 1 of the Chhattisgarh (Prevention of Unfair Means in Public Recruitment and Professional Examinations) Act, 2026 (No. 3 of 2026), the State Government, hereby, appoints the 20-05-2026 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
