NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, in compliance of Memo No. 9337/III-8-2/2001/Checker, Bilaspur dated 14.05.2026 of High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes following further amendment in this Department's Notification No. 1507/D-397/XXI-B/C.G./2005, Dated 24.02.2005, No. 6232/D-2011/XXI-B/C.G./2009, Dated 05.09.2009, No. 6857/2154/XXI-B/C.G./2017, Dated 22.07.2017 and 4111/842/XXI-B/C.G./2023, Dated 31.03.2023 and establish one Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur with effect from 25.05.2026 , namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule-II of the said notification,-
After serial no. 6-B, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
