No.:141715/11127/21-B/C.G./25-2026. the State Government, consequent to the enhancement of the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to the Central Government officers/employees vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. No. 1/1(i)/2026-E.II (B), dated 22.04.2026, hereby, enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State, whose pay scale have been revised on the basis of 2nd National Judicial Pay Commission recommendation [The Chhattisgarh Lower and Higher Judicial Service (Pay Revision, Pension and other Retirement Benefits) Rules, 2023] from the existing rate of 58% to 60% w.e.f. 01.01.2026.
