क्रमांक एफ 1-58/राजस्व/राहत/2025. आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रं . 53 सन् 2005) (आपदा प्रबंधन संसोधन अधिनियम, 2025 के अनुसार) की धारा 38 की उपधारा (2) के खंड (झक) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकार के , नीचे दी गयी सारणी के कॉलम (3) में यथा उल्लेखित, निम्नलिखित विभाग को अधिसूचित करती है, जिनके पास उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 36 के अनुसार अन्य संबंधित एजेंसियों या हितधारकों के

NOTIFICATION
No. F 1- 58/Revenue/Relief/2025. In exercise of powers conferred by clause (ia) of sub-section (2) of Section 38 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (No. 53 of 2005) (as per Disaster Management Amendment Act, 2025), the State Government hereby notifies the following Department of the State Government as mentioned in column (3) of the Table below which shall have the responsibility for monitoring, early warning, prevention, mitigation, preparedness and capacity building with regard to disaster arising from various hazards, against the disasters mentioned in column (2) of the said Table, in collaboration with other related agencies or stakeholders in accordance with section 36 of the said Act, namely :-
