अधिसूचना
क्रमांक GENCOR/10352/2026-WCD.— दहेज प्रतिषेध अधिनियम, 1961 (क्र. 28 सन् 1961) की धारा 8(ख) की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार एतद् द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कालम (2) में उल्लेखित अधिकारी को दहेज प्रतिषेध अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करता है और उसके सम्मुख कालम (3) में उल्लेखित क्षेत्र को विनिर्दिष्ट करता है, जो उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन वह अपनी अधिकारिता तथा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा।

NOTIFICATION
No. GENCOR/10352/2026-WCD.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub- section (1) of section 8-B of the Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, (No. 28 of 1961), the State Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in the column (2) of the schedule below as dowry prohibition officer and specify the area mentioned in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof in respect of which he shall exercise his jurisdiction and powers under the said Act.
