RULE/541/2025-COMTAX SECTION (26). —– छ(cid:419)ीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर अ(cid:876)ध(cid:467)नयम, 2017 (2017 का 7) क(cid:551) धारा 9 क(cid:551) उप-धारा (1) तथा धारा 15 क(cid:551) उप-धारा (5) (cid:622)वारा (cid:292)द(cid:419) शि(cid:200)तय(cid:585) का (cid:292)योग करते हुए, रा(cid:207)य सरकार, प(cid:464)रषद क(cid:551) (cid:871)सफा(cid:464)रश(cid:585) पर, एत(cid:622)(cid:622)वारा छ(cid:419)ीसगढ़ शासन के वा(cid:872)णि(cid:207)यक कर (cid:874)वभाग क(cid:551) अ(cid:876)धसूचना सं(cid:201)या 09/2025-रा(cid:207)य कर (दर) (cid:272)मांक F.N. RULE/541/2025-COMTAX SECTION (61) (cid:465)दनांक 17 (cid:871)सत(cid:224)बर, 2025 िजसे छ(cid:419)ीसगढ़ के राजप(cid:287) (असाधारण) म(cid:581), (cid:272)मांक 726 (cid:465)दनांक 17 (cid:871)सत(cid:224)बर, 2025 म(cid:581) (cid:292)का(cid:871)शत क(cid:551) गई थी, म(cid:581) (cid:467)न(cid:224)न(cid:871)ल(cid:872)खत और संशोधन करती है, अथा(cid:91)त ्ः-
उ(cid:200)त अ(cid:876)धसूचना म(cid:581),—
(क) अनुसूची I – 2.5% म(cid:581), —
(i) (cid:272)म सं(cid:201)या 150 के सम(cid:162), (cid:232)तंभ (2) म(cid:581) (cid:292)(cid:874)वि(cid:231)ट के (cid:232)थान पर "2202 99 21, 2202 99 29" (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:232)था(cid:874)पत (cid:873)कया जाएगा;
(ii) (cid:272)म सं(cid:201)या 151 के सम(cid:162), (cid:232)तंभ (2) म(cid:581) (cid:292)(cid:874)वि(cid:231)ट के (cid:232)थान पर "2202 99 31, 2202 99 39" (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:232)था(cid:874)पत (cid:873)कया जाएगा;
(ख) अनुसूची III – 20% म(cid:581), —
(i) (cid:272)म सं(cid:201)या 2 के सम(cid:162), (cid:232)तंभ (2) म(cid:581) (cid:292)(cid:874)वि(cid:231)ट के (cid:232)थान पर "2202 91 00, 2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:232)था(cid:874)पत (cid:873)कया जाएगा ।
(ii) (cid:272)म सं(cid:201)या 3 के सम(cid:162), (cid:232)तंभ (2) म(cid:581) (cid:292)(cid:874)वि(cid:231)ट के (cid:232)थान पर "2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" (cid:292)(cid:467)त(cid:232)था(cid:874)पत (cid:873)कया जाएगा।
2. यह अ(cid:876)धसूचना 1 मई, 2026 से लागू होगी।

RULE/541/2025-COMTAX SECTION(26),(cid:465)दनांक 01.06.2026 का अं(cid:274)ेजी अनुवाद, रा(cid:207)यपाल के (cid:292)ा(cid:876)धकार से, एत(cid:622)(cid:622)वारा (cid:292)का(cid:871)शत (cid:873)कया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No.01/2026-State Tax (Rate)
F.N. RULE/541/2025-COMTAX SECTION (26) – In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification No. 09/2025–State Tax (Rate), No. F.N. RULE/541/2025-COMTAX SECTION (61), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 17th September, 2025, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 726, dated the 17th September, 2025, namely—
In the said notification, -
(a) in Schedule I – 2.5%,
(i) against S. No. 150, for the entry in column (2), the entry "2202 99 21, 2202 99 29" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 151, for the entry in column (2), the entry "22029931, 22029939" shall be substituted;
(b) In Schedule III – 20%,
(i) against S. No. 2, for the entry in column (2), the entry "2202 91 00, 2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 3, for the entry in column (2), the entry "2202 99 91, 2202 99 99" shall be substituted.
2. This notification shall come into force from 1st May, 2026.
