क्रमांक RULE-501/1/2025-TOURISM. छत्तीसगढ़ होमस्टे नीति 2025-30 की कंडिका 20 की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा निम्नानुसार संशोधन करता हैः-
संशोधन
छत्तीसगढ़ होमस्टे नीति 2025-2030 में,
1. होमस्टे नीति के परिशिष्ट 1 फॉर्म ''ए'' के बिन्दु (7-ख) ''क्या स्वामी/स्वामी के पूर्ववृत्त और प्रस्तावित गतिविधि के संबंध में पुलिस प्राधिकारियों से मंजूरी प्राप्त की गई है (प्रति संलग्न की जाए)'' का विलोपन किया जाए।
2. कंडिका 7.1 मेें तालिका के नीचे दिए गए नोट में "पात्र होमस्टे इकाई पूंजी निवेश सब्सिडी या ब्याज सब्सिडी में से किसी एक का लाभ उठाने की पात्रता होगी" जोड़ा जाए।
3. छत्तीसगढ़ होमस्टे नीति कंडिका 11.1, 11.3, 11.5 में न्यूनतम एक कक्ष तथा अधिकतम 6 कक्ष (12 बेड) के स्थान पर निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात
''न्यूनतम एक कक्ष तथा अधिकतम 09 कक्ष (18 बेड)''
4. कंडिका 10.4 में ''जो 03 वर्षों के लिए वैद्य होगा 13.6 अंक एवं शब्द जो 3 वर्षों के लिए वैद्य होगा पंजीकरण के नवीनीकरण के लिए आवेदक को पंजीकरण की समाप्ति से कम से कम 3 महीने पूर्व आवेदन प्रस्तुत करना होगा'' के स्थान पर ''जो आजीवन (Lifetime) वैद्य होगा'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।
5. कंडिका 13 होमस्टे के लिए पंजीकरण और विनियमन नवीन खंड निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाए
''13.19 छत्तीसगढ़ होमस्टे नीति 2025-2030 के दिशा निर्देश अनुसार इकाई पंजीकरण एवं प्रोत्साहन प्रावधान टूरिज्म बोर्ड के अधिकृत वेबसाईट/पोर्टल/एप के माध्यम से ऑनलाईन भी किया जा सकेगा।'' Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 30th April 2026
NOTIFICATION
No. RULE-501/1/2025-TOURISM. In exercise of the powers conferred as per Clause 20 of the Chhattisgarh Homestay Policy 2025–30, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Chhattisgarh Homestay Policy 2025–30, namely:
AMENDMENTS
In the Chhattisgarh Homestay Policy 2025–2030:-
1. In Appendix–1, Form "A", Point (7-b), the provision"Whether approval has been obtained from the police authorities regarding the antecedents of the owner/owner and the proposed activity (copy to be enclosed)" shall be deleted.
2. In Clause 7.1, the following note shall be added below the table: "Eligible homestay units shall be entitled to avail either capital investment subsidy or interest subsidy."
3. In Clauses 11.1, 11.2, and 11.5, the words: "Minimum one room and maximum 6 rooms (12 beds)" shall be substituted with:
"Minimum one room and maximum 9 rooms (18 beds)".
4. In Clause 10.4, the words "which shall be valid for 3 years" and in Clause 13.6, the words and figures"which shall be valid for 3 years; for renewal of registration, the applicant shall submit an application at least 3 months prior to expiry of registration"shall be substituted with: "which shall be valid for lifetime."
5. In Clause 13 Registration and Regulation for Homestay the following new sub-clause shall be added:
"13.19 As per the guidelines of the Chhattisgarh Homestay Policy 2025–2030, applications for unit registration and incentive provisions may also be submitted online through the authorized website/portal/app of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board."
