क्रमांक GENS/17432/2026-COMTAX SECTION.-- छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम, 2011 (क्रमांक 23 सन् 2011) की धारा 3, 4, 5 एवं 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 10-48/2017/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच (96), दिनांक 13 जुलाई 2017 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यालय का नाम, विभाग द्वारा उपलबब्ध करायी जाने वाली सेवा, ऐसी सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए निश्चित की गई समय-सीमा के साथ, प्रदान करने वाले पदाभिहित अधिकारी (पद), सक्षम अधिकारी एवं अपीलीय प्राधिकारी का पदनाम, अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात :-

छवण् ळम्छैध्17432ध्2026.ब्व्डज्।ग् ैम्ब्ज्प्व्छण्— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Act, 2011 (No. 23 of 2011) and in supersession of previous notification No. 10-48/2017/Commercial Tax (Registration)/Five (96), dated 13.07.2017, the State Government, hereby, notifies the name of office, services to be provided by the department as specified in the schedule given below, along with the stipulated time limit for delivery of such services, the designation of the Designated Officer (post) responsible for providing the service, the Competent Authority, and the designation of the Appellate Authority, namely :-
