क्रमांक ESTB/11458/2025-HOME SECTION.-- आपराधिक प्रक्रिया (पहचान) अधिनियम, 2022 (2022 का 11) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, पुलिस विभाग एवं जेल विभाग को अपने-अपने क्षेत्राधिकार में मापों को एकत्रित करने, संरक्षित करने और साझा करने के लिए उपयुक्त एजेंसियों के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है।

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB/11458/2025-HOME SECTION.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of The Criminal Procedure (Identification) Act, 2022 (No. 11 of 2022), the State Government, hereby, notifies the Police Department and the Prison Department as appropriate agencies to collect, preserve and share the measurements in their respective jurisdiction.
