ESTB-103/18/2025-GAD-8. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, चतुर्थ श्रेणी से कनिष्ठ सचिवालय सहायक के पद पर पदोन्नति के संबंध में छत्तीसगढ़ सचिवालय सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2012 के नियम 14 के उप-नियम (1) में उल्लिखित उस वर्ष की जनवरी के प्रथम दिवस को अर्हता पूर्ण होने की शर्त में वर्ष 2026 हेतु एक बार के लिये शिथिलता प्रदान करते हैं।
इस शिथिलीकरण को ऐसा पढ़ा जायेगा तथा इसका ऐसा अर्थ लगाया जायेगा, जैसा कि इसमें पूर्वाेक्त शिथिलीकरण हुआ ही न हो।

NOTIFICATION
ESTB-103/18/2025-GAD-8. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh hereby grants a one-time relaxation for the year 2026 in the condition of completing the eligibility criteria as on the first day of January of that year, as mentioned in sub- rule (1) of Rule 14 of the Chhattisgarh Secretariat Service Recruitment Rules, 2012, in respect of promotion from Class-IV to the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant.
This relaxation shall be read and construed as if the aforesaid relaxation was not made therein.
