अधिसूचना

क्रमांक RULE-801/49/2026-GAD-1. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) एवं (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन कार्य (आवंटन) नियम में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-

शीर्षक "ग्यारह - वाणिज्य और उद्योग विभाग" के अंतर्गत, :-

1. भाग (अ) "विभाग में प्रतिपादित नीति संबंधी विषय" के सरल क्रमांक 4 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

"4. आयात और निर्यात"।

2. भाग (अ) "विभाग में प्रतिपादित नीति संबंधी विषय" के सरल क्रमांक 22-ख एवं 22-ग का लोप किया जाए।

3. भाग (आ) "विभाग द्वारा प्रशासित अधिनियम तथा नियम" के सरल क्रमांक 1 से 11 एवं उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं, अर्थात् :-

"1. छत्तीसगढ़ सोसायटी रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1973 (क्र. 44 सन् 1973) एवं इसके नियम

2. छत्तीसगढ़ औद्योगिक निवेश प्रोत्साहन अधिनियम, 2002 (क्र. 7 सन् 2002) एवं इसके नियम

3. भारतीय भागीदारी अधिनियम, 1932 (क्र. 9 सन् 1932) एवं इसके नियम

4. बॉयलर्स अधिनियम, 2025 (क्र. 12 सन् 2025) एवं इसके नियम

5. छत्तीसगढ़ उद्योगों को राज्य सहायता अधिनियम, 1958 (क्र. 20 सन् 1958) 6. सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यम विकास अधिनियम, 2006 (क्र. 27 सन् 2006) एवं इसके नियम

7. छत्तीसगढ़ जन विश्वास (प्रावधानों का संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2025 (क्र. 20 सन् 2025)

8. छत्तीसगढ़ जन विश्वास (प्रावधानों का संशोधन) (द्वितीय) अधिनियम, 2025 (क्र. 1 सन् 2026)

9. छत्तीसगढ़ शासन भंडार क्रय नियम, 2002

10. छत्तीसगढ़ औद्योगिक भूमि एवं भवन प्रबंधन नियम, 2015

11. राज्य की उद्योग नीति या औद्योगिक विकास नीति के क्रियान्वन के लिए निर्मित विभागीय नियम

12. विभाग के अधीन सेवाओं के लिए निर्मित सेवा भर्ती नियम"।

4. भाग (इ) "विभाग के अधीन आने वाले संचालनालय तथा कार्यालय" के सरल क्रमांक 1 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

"1. उद्योग संचालनालय छत्तीसगढ़"

5. भाग (ई) "अधिनियमों के अधीन गठित मण्डल तथा निगम" में शब्द "कु छ नहीं" के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

"1. राज्य निवेश प्रोत्साहन बोर्ड"

6. भाग (उ) "ऊपर (ई) के अधीन न आने वाली संस्थाएं तथा निकाय" के सरल क्रमांक 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 एवं 11 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाए।

7. भाग (उ) "ऊपर (ई) के अधीन न आने वाली संस्थाएं तथा निकाय" के सरल क्रमांक 9 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

"9. छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम"

छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

क्रमांक RULE-801/49/2026-GAD-1. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक RULE-801/49/2026-GAD-1 दिनांक 11-6-2026 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION

No. RULE-801/49/2026-GAD-1 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Government Business (Allocation) Rules, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said Rules, -

Under heading "XI- COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT" :-

1. For serial number 4 of Part (A) "Matter of Policy dealt within the Department", the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"4. imports and exports".

2. Serial number 22-b and 22-c of Part (A) "Matter of Policy dealt within the Department" shall be omitted.

3. For the Serial number 1 to 11 and entries relating thereto of Part (B) "Acts and Rules Administered by the Department", the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

"1. The Chhattisgarh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 44 of 1973) and its rules

2. Chhattisgarh Audyogik Nivesh protsahan Adhiniyam, 2002 (No. 7 of 2002) and its rules

3. The Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (No. 9 of 1932) and its rules

4. The Boilers Act, 2025 (No. 12 of 2025) and its rules

5. The Chhattisgarh State Aid to Industries Act, 1958 (No. 20 of 1958)

6. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (No.27 of 2006) and its rules 7. The Chhattisgarh Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2025 (No. 20 of 2025)

8. The Chhattisgarh Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) (Second) Act, 2025 (No. 1 of 2026) 9. Chhattisgarh Store Purchase Rules, 2002

10. Chhattisgarh Audyogik Bhumi evam Bhawan Prabandhan Niyam, 2015

11. Departmental rules framed for the implementation of the State's industrial policy or industrial development policy

12. Service recruitment rules framed for the services under the department".

4. For serial number 1 of Part (C) "Directorates and offices coming under the Department", the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"1. Directorate of Industries Chhattisgarh"

5. In Part (D) "Boards and Corporations set up under Acts", for the word "Nil", the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"1. State Investment Promotion Board"

6. Serial number 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11 and entries relating thereto of Part (E) "Other Institution and Bodies not covered under (D) above" shall be omitted.

7. For serial number 9 of Part (E) "Other Institution and Bodies not covered under (D) above", the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"9. Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation"
