क्रमांक RULE-503/3/2026-O/O SECTION JAIL. कारागार अधिनियम, 1894 (1894 का सं. 9) के धारा 59 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ कारागार नियम, 1968 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम 358 के उप-नियम (6) के खण्ड (नौ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात् - ''(नौ) एक से अधिक हत्या के लिए सिद्ध दोष।''
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,
कुसुम एक्का, उप-सचिव.

NOTIFICATION
No. RULE-503/3/2026-O/O SECTION JAIL. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Prison Act,1894 (No. 9 of 1894), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Prisons Rules, 1968 namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules :-
For Clause (ix) of sub-rule (6) of rule 358 the following shall be substituted, namely :-
''(ix) Convicted for more than one murder.''
