क्रमांक GENCOR/7641/2026/PWD. छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा गारंटी अधिनियम, 2011 (क्र. 23 सन् 2011) की धारा 3,4,5 एवं 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा इस विभाग की पूर्व अधिसूचना क्रमांक-9824/एफ/4-12/2011/19/स्था., दिनांक 16 दिसम्बर 2011 को अतिष्ठित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट कार्यालय का नाम, विभाग द्वारा उपलब्ध करायी जाने वाली सेवा, ऐसी सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए निि"चत की गई समय-सीमा के साथ, सेवा प्रदान करने वाले पदाभिहित अधिकारी (पद), सक्षम अधिकारी एवं अपीलीय प्राधिकारी का पदनाम, अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात् :-

NOTIFICATION
No. GENCOR/7641/2026/PWD. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3,4,5 and 7 of the Chhattisgarh Lok Sewa Guarantee Act, 2011 (No. 23 of 2011 ) and in supersession of departmental previous notification number 9824/F/4-12/2011 /19/Est. dated 16-12-2011, the State Government, hereby, notifies the name of office, services to be provided by the department as specified in the Schedule given below, along with the stipulated time limit for delivery of such services, the designation of the Designated Officer (Post) responsible for providing the services, the Competent Authority, and the designation of the Appellate Authority, namely :-
