क्रमांक ESTB-103/37/2025-HOME SECTION. छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस अधिनियम, ²⁰⁰⁷ (क्र. ¹³ सन्‌ 2007) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन्‌ 2023) की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (प) के अनुसरण में, जनसुविधा की –ष्टि एवं प्रशासनिक कारणों से, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित सारणी के कॉलम (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट पुलिस थानों की स्थानीय क्षेत्राधिकारिता से संबंधित पूर्व अधिसूचना में कॉलम (4) एवं (5) में, विनिर्दिष्ट ग्रामों और तत्स्थानी पटवारी हल्का नम्बर को अपवर्जित करते हुए उन्हें कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट नवीन पुलिस चौकी की स्थानीय क्षेत्राधिकारिता में शामिल करते हुए निम्नलिखित आंशिक संशोधन करती हैः- सारणी

NOTIFICATION

ESTB-103/37/2025-HOME SECTION. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Chhattisgarh Police Act, 2007 (No. 13 of 2007) and in pursuance of clause (u) of sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), the State Government, hereby, in view of public convenience and administrative reasons, makes the following partial amendment in the previous notification relating to the local jurisdiction of the Police Stations mentioned in column (3)) of the Table below by excluding the villages and there corresponding Patwari Halka Number specified in column (4) and (5) and including the same within the local jurisdiction of the New cutpost specified in column (2):-
