अधिसूचना
क्रमांक RULE/11/2025-GAD-1 . भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) एवं (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन कार्य (आवंटन) नियम में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात्:-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
1. शीर्षक ''एक-सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग'' के अंतर्गत, भाग (ई) ''अधिनियमों के अधीन गठित मण्डल तथा निगम'' में, शब्द ''कु छ नहीं'' के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात:-
''1. छत्तीसगढ़ कर्मचारी चयन मण्डल. ''
2. शीर्षक ''छब्बीस- समाज कल्याण विभाग'' के अंतर्गत भाग (अ) ''विभाग में प्रतिपादित नीति संबंधी विषय'', में सरल क्रमांक 15 का लोप किया जाये ।
3. शीर्षक ''बयालीस- कौशल विकास, तकनीकी शिक्षा एवं रोजगार विभाग'' के अंतर्गत, भाग (ई) ''अधिनियमों के अधीन गठित मण्डल तथा निगम'' के सरल क्रमांक 1 का लोप किया जाये । नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, दिनांक 17 जून 2026 क्रमांक RULE/11/2025-GAD-1 . भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक RULE/11/2025-GAD-1 दिनांक 17-6-2026 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. RULE/11/2025-GAD-1. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) and (3) of Article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Government Business (Allocation) Rules, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. Under heading "I-General Administration Department", in Part (D) "Boards and corporations set up under Acts", for the word "Nil", the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"1. Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board."
2. Under heading "XXVI-Social Welfare Department", in Part (A) "Matters of Policy dealt within the Department", serial number 15 shall be omitted.
3. Under heading "XLII-Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment Department", in Part (D) "Boards and corporations set up under Acts", serial number 1 shall be omitted.
