कतिपय तत्व सांप्रदायिक मेल-मिलाप को संकट में डालने के लिए एंव लोक व्यवस्था बनाये रखने पर प्रतिकू ल प्रभाव डालने वाले कोई कार्य एवं राज्य की सुरक्षा पर प्रतिकू ल प्रभाव डालने वाले कोई कार्य करने के लिए, सक्रिय है या उनके सक्रिय हो जाने की संभावना है,
और चू ंकि जिला दण्डाधिकारी, जिला रायपुर, बिलासपुर, राजनांदगांव, दुर्ग, रायगढ़, सरगुजा, जशपुर, कोरिया, जांजगीर-चांपा, कोरबा, कबीरधाम, महासमु ंद, धमतरी, जगदलपुर, दंतेवाड़ा, उत्तर बस्तर कांके र, बीजापुर, नारायणपुर, सुकमा, कोण्डागांव, बलौदाबाजार, गरियाबंद, बेमेतरा, बालोद, मु ंगेली, सूरजपुर, बलरामपुर, मोहला-मानपुर-अम्बागढ़ चौकी, खैरागढ- छु ईखदान-गण्डई, सारंगढ़-बिलाईगढ, मनेन्द्रगढ़-चिरमिरी-भरतपुर(एम.सी.बी.), गौरेला-पेंड्रा - मरवाही, सक्ती की अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर के क्षेत्रों में विद्यमान परिस्थितियों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, राज्य सरकार को, यह समाधान हो गया है कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक है,
अतएव, राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1980 (1980 का.स. 65) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (3) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, यह निर्देश देती है कि जिला दण्डाधिकारी, जिला रायपुर, बिलासपुर, राजनांदगांव, दुर्ग, रायगढ़, सरगुजा, जशपुर, कोरिया, जांजगीर-चांपा, कोरबा, कबीरधाम, महासमु ंद, धमतरी, जगदलपुर, दंतेवाड़ा, उत्तर बस्तर कांके र, बीजापुर, नारायणपुर, सुकमा, कोण्डागांव, बलौदाबाजार, गरियाबंद, बेमेतरा, बालोद, मु ंगेली, सूरजपुर, बलरामपुर, मोहला-मानपुर-अम्बागढ़ चौकी, खैरागढ-छु ईखदान-गण्डई, सारंगढ़- बिलाईगढ, मनेन्द्रगढ़-चिरमिरी- भरतपुर(एम.सी.बी.), गौरेला- पेंड्रा -मरवाही, सक्ती को यदि उक्त धारा की उपधारा (2) में उपबंधित रूप से समाधान हो जाता है, तो उक्त धारा 3 की उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग, 01 अप्रैल, 2026 से 30 जून, 2026 तक की कालावधि के दौरान कर सकें गे। Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 17th June 2026

Whereas, there are reports with the State Government that certain elements are active or are likely to be active to threaten the communal harmony and to cmmit any act prejudicial to the maintenance of public order, and to commit acts prejudicial to the security of state;
And whereas, having regard to the circumstances prevailing in the areas within the local limits of jurisdiction of the All District Magistrate, Dirstrict Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Surguja, Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-Champa, Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sukma, Kondagaon, Balodabazar, Gariaband, Bemetara, Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur, Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Manendragarh -Chirmiri-Bharatpur(MCB), Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Sakti the State Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the power conferred by the provision to sub section (3) of section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980(NO.65 of 1980), the State Government hereby directs that the District Magistrate, Dirstrict Raipur, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, Durg, Raigarh, Surguja, Jashpur, Koria, Janjgir-Champa, Korba, Kabirdham, Mahasamund, Dhamtari, Jagdalpur, Dantewada, Kanker, Bijapur, Narayanpur, Sukma, Kondagaon, Balodabazar, Gariaband, Bemetara, Balod, Mungeli, Surajpur, Balrampur, Mohla-Manpur- Ambagarh Chowki, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Manendragarh -Chirmiri-Bharatpur (MCB), Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Sakti may during the period From 1st April, 2026 to 30 June, 2026 if satisfied as provided in sub section (2) of the said section 3, exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the said section 3.
