क्रमांक ESTB-1/678/2025-UAD. छत्तीसगढ़ नगर पालिक निगम अधिनियम, 1956 (क्र. 23 सन् 1956) की धारा 58 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 433 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग मेें लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगर पालिक निगम (अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की नियुक्ति तथा सेवा के निबंधन एवं शर्तें) नियम, 2018 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

4. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 20 के कॉलम (3) में, शब्द ''विद्युत'' के पश्चात्, चिन्ह तथा शब्द ''/संरचना अधिकारी'' अंतःस्थापित किया जाये।
5. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 21 के कॉलम (3) में, शब्द ''विद्युत'' के पश्चात्, चिन्ह तथा शब्द ''/सहायक संरचना अधिकारी'' अंतःस्थापित किया जाये।
6. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 44 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्ः-

क्रमांक ESTB-1/678/2025-UAD. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 25-6-2026 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB-1/678/2025-UAD. No. ESTB-1/678/2025-UAD In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 58 read with Section 433 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Appointment and Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2018, namely:-

In the said rules,-

3. After serial number 42 of Schedule-III, the following shall be added, namely:-

4. In column (3) of serial number 20 of Schedule-IV, after the words "Electrical", the symbols and words "/Structural Officer" shall be inserted.
5. In column (3) of serial number 21 of Schedule-IV, after the words "Electrical", the symbols and words "/Assistant Structural Officer" shall be inserted.
6. After serial number 44 of Schedule-IV, the following shall be added, namely:-
