NOTIFICATION
No. GENCOR-35/6888/2025-FINANCE/FOUR. In accordance with sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Aadhar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services), Act, 2016 (No. 18 of 2016), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. 381/09/2025 /EST/FOUR, dated 6th March 2025, namely:-

In the said notification,-
In second paragraph, after the words "Director Treasury and Accounts, Chhattisgarh", the words "and Director Pension and Provident Fund, Chhattisgarh", shall be inserted.
