क्रम ांक E-322543/2026-LABOUR. भ रत के र्सांनध न के अनुच्छे द 309 के परन्तुक द्व र प्रदत्त क्तनयोां को प्रयोग में ल ते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के र ज्यप ल, एतद्व र , छत्तीसगढ़ श्रम सेन (अर र्पिनत) भतीर् नयम, 2014 मेंर् नम्नललक्तनत और सांोधन करते हैं:-
संशोधन
उनर् नयमोां में -
1.र् नयम 6 के उपर्-नयम (1) के नण्ड (क) के स् न पर,र् नम्नललक्तनत प्र्रतस्र् पतर् कय िये, अव ात ्ः -
"(क) प्र्रतयोगी परीक्ष / चयन के म ध्यम से सीधी भती के द्व र ।"
2.र् नयम 8 के उपर्-नयम (च) क लोपर् कय िये।
सांोधन
3. र्नयम 18 के उपर्-नयम (1) के स् न पर,र् नम्नललक्तनत प्र्रतस्र् पत र्कय िये, अव ात ्ः -"(1) सेन में सीधी भतीर् कय गय प्रत्येक व्यक्तन तीन नवा की क ल र्नध के ललए परिनीक्ष परर् नयुनर् कय ियेग ।"
4. अनुसूची-एक के कॉलम (4) क लोपर् कय िए तव कॉलम नां. (5), (6) एनां (7) को, कॉलम नां. (4), (5) एनां (6) के रूप में पुनाक्रमर् ांकतर् कय िए।
5. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रम ांक 8 के कॉलम (3) में, र्अांकत अांक "102" के स् न पर अांक "105" प्र्रतस्र् पत र्कय िए। 6. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रम ांक 16 के कॉलम (3) में, र्अांकत अांक "102" के स् न पर अांक "105" प्र्रतस्र् पतर् कय िए।
7. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रम ांक 1, 8, 12 एनां 17 तव उससे सांर्बांधत प्र्रर्ननयोां के स् न पर,र् नम्नललक्तनत प्र्रतस्र् पतर् कय िए, अव ात ्ः -

NOTIFICATION
No. E-322543/2026-LABOUR. In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following further amendments to the Chhattisgarh Labour Service (Non-Gazetted) Recruitment Rules, 2014:—
AMENDMENT
In the said Rules—
1. For Clause (a) of Sub-rule (1) of Rule 6, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"(a) By direct recruitment through competitive examination / selection."
2. Sub-rule (f) of Rule 8 shall be omitted.
Amendment
3. For Sub-rule (1) of Rule 18, the following shall be substituted, namely:— "(1) Every person appointed to the Service by direct recruitment shall be appointed on probation for a period of three years."
4. Column (4) of Schedule-I shall be omitted, and Columns No. (5), (6), and (7) shall be renumbered as Columns No. (4), (5), and (6), respectively.
5. In Column (3) against Serial No. 8 of Schedule-I, the figure "105" shall be substituted for the figure "102".
6. In Column (3) against Serial No. 16 of Schedule-I, the figure "105" shall be substituted for the figure "102".
7. For Serial Nos. 1, 8, 12, and 17 of Schedule-II, and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
