छत्तीसगढ़ दुकान एवं स्थापना (नियोजन एवं सेवा की शर्तों का विनियमन) (संशोधन)
अधिनियम, 2025
छत्तीसगढ़ दुकान एवं स्थापना (नियोजन एवं सेवा की शर्तों का विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2017 (क्र. 21 सन् 2018) को संशोधित करने हेतु अधिनियम।
भारत गणराज्य के छिहत्तरवें वर्ष में छत्तीसगढ़ विधानमण्डल द्वारा निम्नलिखित रूप में यह अधिनियमित होः- 1. (1) यह अधिनियम छत्तीसगढ़ दुकान एवं स्थापना (नियोजन एवं सेवा की शर्तों का संक्षिप्त नाम तथा
प्रारंभ.
विनियमन) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2025 कहलायेगा।
(2) यह संपूर्ण छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में प्रवृत्त होगा।
(3) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगा।
धारा 1 का 2. छत्तीसगढ़ दुकान एवं स्थापना (नियोजन एवं सेवा की शर्तों का विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2017 (क्र. 21 सन् 2018) (जो इसमें इसके पश्चात् मूल अधिनियम के रूप
संशोधन.
में निर्दिष्ट है) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (3) में, शब्द "दस" के स्थान पर, शब्द "बीस"
प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
3. मूल अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (2) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित धारा 6 का
संशोधन.
किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
"किसी महिला को, ऐसी शर्तों, जैसा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाए, के
अध्यधीन रहते हुए, रात्रि 9 बजे से सुबह 6 बजे तक भी कार्य करने हेतु अनुज्ञात किया
जा सके गा।"
4. (1) मूल अधिनियम की धारा 8 में,-
धारा 8 का
संशोधन.
(एक) उप-धारा (1) में, शब्द "नौ" एवं "पाँच" के स्थान पर, क्रमशः शब्द "दस" एवं
"छः" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
(दो) उप-धारा (1) के परंतुक का लोप किया जाये।
(तीन) उप-धारा (2) में, शब्द "साढ़े दस" के स्थान पर, शब्द "बारह" प्रतिस्थापित
किया जाये।
(चार) उप-धारा (2) में, वाक्यांश "और यदि कर्मकार को अनिरंतरित प्रकृ ति के कार्य
या अति आवश्यक कार्य सौंपे गये हैं, तो कार्य की कु ल अवधि, बारह घंटे से
अधिक नहीं होगी।" का लोप किया जाये।
(पाँच) उप-धारा (3) में, शब्द "एक सौ पच्चीस" के स्थान पर, शब्द "एक सौ चवालीस''
प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

क्रमांक 1311/डी.85/21-अ/प्रारू./छ.ग./26. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में छत्तीसगढ़ दुकान एवं स्थापना (सेवा एवं शर्तो का विनियमन) (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2025 (क्रमांक 11 सन् 2026) का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

CHHATTISGARH ACT (No. 11 of 2026)
THE CHHATTISGARH SHOPS AND ESTABLISHMENTS (REGULATION OF EMPLOYMENT AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025.
An Act, to Amend the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (No. 21 of 2018).
Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the seventy-sixth year of the Republic of India, as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Act, 2025.
Short title, extent and Commencement.
(2) It shall extend to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.
(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Amendment of Section 1.
2. In sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 (No. 21 of 2018), (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the word "ten", the word "twenty" shall be substituted.
3. For sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Principal Act, the following
sub-section shall be substituted, namely:-
Amendment of Section 6.
"(2) Any woman Subject to such conditions as may be notified by the State Government, may also be permitted to work from 9 P.M. till 6 A.M. in the morning."
4. In Section 8 of the Principal Act,-
Amendment of Section 8.
(i) in sub-section (1), for the words "nine" and "five", the words "ten" and "six" shall be substituted, respectively.
(ii) proviso of sub-section (1) shall be omitted.
(iii) in sub-section (2), for the words "ten and half", the word "twelve" shall be substituted.
(iv) In sub-section (2), the phrase "and in case a worker is entrusted with intermittent nature of work or urgent work, the spread over shall not exceed twelve hours." shall be omitted.
(v) In sub-section (3), for the words "one hundred and twenty-five", the words "one hundred and forty-four" shall be substituted.
