क्रमांक GENS/32024/2026/38-2. छत्तीसगढ़ निजी विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना एवं संचालन) अधिनियम, 2005 (क्र. 13 सन् 2005) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ निजी विश्वविद्यालय विनियामक आयोग के पत्र क्र. 10658/श्री दावड़ा वि.वि. /संकाय/171/2024/24155 दिनांक 11.06.2026, की अनुशंसा अनुसार, श्री दावड़ा विश्वविद्यालय, नवा रायपुर जिला-रायपुर (छत्तीसगढ़) को, नीचे दी गई शर्तों के अनुसार, निम्नांकित नवीन शिक्षण कार्यक्रम पुरःस्थापित करने का अनुमोदन प्रदान करता हैः-

शर्तें :-
(ख) पूर्वोक्त संकायों/पाठ्यक्रमों को प्रारंभ करने के पूर्व, आवश्यकतानुसार, यूजीसी (विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग), नई दिल्ली तथा अन्य केन्द्रीय विनियामक निकायों से पूर्वानुमति लिया जाना अनिवार्य होगा।छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

क्रमांक GENS/32024/2026/38-2. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 03-07-2026 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. GENS/32024/2026/38-2. In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No.13 of 2005), the State Government, hereby approval to introduce the following new teaching programme as per the recommendation of Chhattisgarh Private University Regulatory Commission vide its letter No. 10658/श्री दावड़ा वि.वि./संकाय/171/2024/24155, dated 11.06.2026, grants permission to Shri Davara University, Nava Raipur District-Raipur (Chhattisgarh), as per the conditions given here in below:-
1- Engineering & Technology
1. B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering
2. B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence)
3. B.Tech Computer Science & Engineering (Data Science)
4. B.Tech Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learing
5. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
6. Diploma in Civil Engineering
7. Diploma in Electrical Engineering
8. Diploma in Computer Science
9. Diploma in Mining Engineering
2- Pharmacy

Conditions:-
(A) Operations of and admission to the aforesaid faculties/courses shall commence only after relevant Ordinances for the aforesaid faculties/courses are issued in accordance with the provisions contained in clause (m) of sub-section (4) of Section 7 and Section 35 of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005.
(B) It shall be mandatory to seek prior permission from UGC, New Delhi and other Central Regulatory Bodies, as per the requirement, before the commencement of the aforesaid faculties/courses.
