E-Comp.No.137595/2453/21-ब/छ.ग./2025-26. भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 233 एवं 234 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए एवं महाराष्ट्र राज्य विरूद्ध श्रम विधि व्यवसायी संघ और अन्य के मामले में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेश को ध्यान में रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, उच्च न्यायालय एवं राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ श्रम न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 10 के उप-नियम (1) के पश्चात, निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतः स्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्-
''परंतु उपरोक्त वेतनमान 31/12/2019 से देय होगा।''

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 233 and 234 read with proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and in the light of dictum of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of State of Maharashtra Vs Labour Law Practitioners Association and others, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court and the State Public Service Commission, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Labour Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules,20l5, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After sub-rule (1) of rule 10, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-
"Provided that the above pay scale shall be payable with effect from 31/12/2019."
