NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 11471/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III) N.D.P.S/(Checker) Bilaspur, Dated 03.07.26 of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the further following order, to amend entries mentioned in column (3) corresponding to serial no. 1 of the Schedule of this department's previous notification no 399/1382/XXI-B/CG/2023, dated 02.05.2024 and entries mentioned in column (3) corresponding to serial no. 1 of the Schedule of notification no. 601/1445/XXI-B/CG/2023, dated 15.05.2023, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule of the said Notifications, officer mentioned in column No. (3) is appointed as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place mentioned in column no. (4) of the said Schedule in place of Shri Pankaj Kumar Sinha, Special Judge S.C./S.T.(P.A.) Act, Raipur and Shri Rakesh Kumar Verma, I Additional Sessions Judge, Balodabazar namely:-
