(1) on page 779 , in the preamble to the rules , before the words " to make " insert the words " after previous publication";
(2) on page 799 , in sub - rule ( 3) of rule 70 , for " cretified" read "certified";
(3) on page 800, in sub - rule ( 5) of rule 74 , for " sub - rule " read "sub- rules" ;
(4) on page 802 , in sub - rule ( 3 ) of rule 76 , for " live -wire " read 'live wire" .

No. B.90/ 37-Financial . In exercise of the powers conferredby section 4 of the Local Authorities Loans Act , 1914 (IX of 1914) , the Chief Commissioner is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Local Authorities Loans Rules , 1915 :-
In rule 8 -A of the said Rules , after the words , figure and brackets " of sub- section ( 1 ) " , the following shall be in- serted, namely :-
"(or, in the case of the Delhi Improvement Trust , mentioned in sub- section (1) ) " .
