No. 547- In excrcise of the powers conferred by clause 4 the Colliery Control Order , 1945 , as contimed in force section 17 of the Essential Supplies ( Temporary owers ) Act , 1946 ( XXIV of 1946 ) , the Central Govern- cut is pleased to dweet that the following further mendments shall be made m th notification of the overnment of India in the Department of Industries d Supplies , No. 19 , dated the 9th January 1946 , mely.-
In the said notification , in the table set forth in item ". " Collieries in the Central Princes and Berar and Orissa" .
(1 ) For entry 24. the following entry shall he sub- tuted , namely :-

(2) Entries 25 , 26 and 27 shall be omitted .
