Announcement by the Governor - General
Whereas , in recordance with the provisions of paragraplı 11 of the Statement by His Majesty's Government dated the Brod June 1917 , it has been decided that the constitution of the North- West Frontier Provinc shall be tromed in a new and separate Constituent Assembly consisting of the representatives of those areas which decide not to participate in the existing Constituent Assembly
Now, therefore , in pursuance of paragraph 21 of the Statement , His Excellener the Governor- General is pleased to announce that with effect from the date of this Announcement the persons elected by the North- West Frontier Provmce Legislative Assembly to the existing (' onstituent Assembly cease to be members thereof .
