No. LR . 2 ( 108) . - Whereas an mdustrial depute exists between Messrs , Eastern Coal Company, Limited , P. О. Bhowra and their word met employed in their Power House ; And whereas the tentral Government considers it do sirable to appoint an Industual fribunal for uljudication in the dispute ;
Now, therefore , inn of the power conferted by section 7 red with clause ( c) of stuf of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 ( IV of 1947 ), the Central Government is pleased to constituts an Industrial Tribunal of which Mr. Raghunandan Prashad District Judge (Retired) , shall be the sole member and to refer the lobowing matters to him for adjudication , namely : --
( i) grant of genotalbi -amal me ment in basie wage of works not covered by the Concilia- tion Board's report and
( 2) computation of grades for all wotheto
