No 10878T/ CO- In exercise of the powers conferred by otion 16 of the Indian Criminel Law Amendment Aot, 1908 , the Chief Commissioner of Delhi , hoing of opinion that the association commonly known as Khakear Organisation interferes with the maintenance of law and order and constitutes a danger to the public reece , hereby deolares the said Khaksar Organisation to be an unlawful association .
