Now Delhi , the 12th August 1947 No. 224 - P . In exercise of the powers conferred by the Indun ( Foreign Jurisdiction ) Order in ( ' ouneal , 1937 amd of all other powers enabling hum im that behalf, the Crown Representative is pleased to delegate to His Excellener the Governor of Bombay , all the powers and functions hitherto exercised by the Honorable the Resident at Baroda and for the States of Western India and Gujarat im respect of all the territories and estates comprised in the administered area of the Dangs States of the sud Rosalones and the power to make rules and orders confer red by Article 4 of the Indian ( Foreign Jurisdiction ) Order
in Council , 1902 , in respect of the said area LCL GRIFFIN , Seex .

New Delhi , the 13th August 1947 No , 2101 - A. In exercise of the powers conferred by seation 29 of the Auxaliary Force Act , 1920 ( XLIX of 1920 ) , the Central Government is pleased to direct that all units of Auxiliary Force , India will be dishanded on the 14th August 1947
