(i ) the Hon'ble Sir Patrick Spens , O.B. F. , to be the Chairman ,
( ii ) the IIon'ble Sir Harilal J. Kania , to be the mem- ber representing the future Dominion of India , and
( iii ) Mr. Justice M. Ismail , to be the member repre- senting the future Dominion of Pakistan ,
on the Arbitral Tribunal constituted by the said Order .
