In exerene of the power , contained by eltise 4 of the Colhers Control Order , 1945 , as contiuned In force by section 17 of the Essential Supplies ( Temporary Powers ) Act , 1946 ( XXIV of 1946 ) , the Contral Govern- ment 14 pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Indus- 131 and Supplies , No 19 dated de 9th Januns 1916 manely-- In the said uotification , in the table set forth in item [ V " Collieries in the (' entral Provinces and Berar and in Orissa" .

No. 2106- B . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections ( 1) and (2) of section 818 of the Government of India Act , 1985, and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor General in Council is pleased to order that officers of His Majesty's Indian Land or Air Forces may exercise the same powers of command and summary punishment in relation persons subject to the Army Act or the Air Force Act who are for the time being attached to , or serving with, His Majesty's Indian Land or Air Forces , as may be exercised in relation to such persons by officers of equivalent rank of His Majesty's Land or Air Forces .
