NO. 60-I.B.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 4 of the Extra Provincial Jurisdiction Ordinance, 1947 (No. XV of 1947), and of till other powers enabling it in that behalf the Central Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in the Kathiawar and Gujarat States Administered Areas (Appli- cation of Laws) Order, 1947, namely—
In the said Order—
(1) In paragraph 2 after the entry "Lakhapadar" the
entry "Lodhika" shall be inserted.
(2) In the Schedule under the heading, "Arts of the
Central Legislature", after the entry "The Indian Finance Act, 1942 (No. XII of 1942)" the following entry shall be inserted, namely— "The Essential Supplies (Temporary Suh-section (2) of see
