New Delhi, the 7th October 1947

No. 21.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Sea Customs Act, 1879 (VIII of 1878), the Central Government is pleased to direct that all goods imported from or exported to the port of Kandla in Cutch shall he treated, for the purposes of the said Act, as goods imported from or exported to a customs-port, as the case may be.
